handle multiple models of different types and data [pre]processing pipeline #192

All is tested and working with latest data in /usr/sci/data/dSpaceX (see README.md for updates) and subset of this data in /usr/sci/projects/dSpaceX/data (subset b/c not all of it will currently fit).

Both sets of data now require this latest version to load and work correctly.
