Scaling does not couple across geometry windows #10

The default is that all transformation actions apply identically to all surfaces but now scaling happens on a per window basis. Rotation and shifting apply as they should to all windows but scaling does not.

Scaling (meaning zooming or what happens when you middle click) at present seems appropriate. At least on windows. I put the daltorso in one window and 25feb97_sock in another. Then both by default fill each of their windows, and zooming seems to happen equally to both windows. I also went through scaling (meaning the range/mapping of data) in case you meant that: The default is for each surface to map its own data, and can be set to various range functions to combine surfaces' ranges. This seems appropriate to me, and the way it's been as long as I can remember.
