When we upload a data or project sheet through the client, we use whatever paths are specified in the sheet. These can refer to images and other files that are not in the same directory tree (e.g., ../groomed/groomed_file.nrrd). This is inconvenient when we download the files for processing and surprising when downloaded from the client even though it duplicates the original layout. We should probably normalize these so that they are always within the same directory tree as the data or project sheet.
