VTK.js errors with widget interactions #350

Using this issue as a place to store error screenshots from vtk.js. Will address these errors with Forrest's help.

This occurs when moving a SeedWidget around on a target mesh. The renderer is no longer interactable after this error is raised, and the page must be refreshed. This happens somewhat unpredictably. image

This one also happens when dragging a SeedWidget, but it happens on separate occasions. The renderer remains interactable after this error is raised. image
