Adds a render control image toggle. This is done by adding an anatomy for the image (hidden in the anatomy list) and then this is toggled on or off with the image toggle switch.
Some notable drawbacks of this approach:
Original data layer must be loaded as the image data is tied to this layer. This means that the original data shape will load as well, which causes an opacity decrease for all layers shown. To decouple this potentially requires some significant changes to the data loading and way that layers/subjects/domains are loaded.
Sometimes when the image view is toggled, there can be a buffer where the toggle momentarily switches off and back on.
