There is a bug in the bot when you start it over after completing a pantry referral with it where you know the pantry you want to go to. The second time thru, the system asks if you are you. When you respond with a yes, it gives the response to say that you have a pantry appointment. It is still in the intent of completing the referral not the intent of asking if it’s you.
