Changes to UI for easy category navigation

Features

• New global scss folder for global styling
  • New README section for CSS helpers
• Added new routes for ChooseCategory and ChooseSubCategory
  • ChooseSubCategory shows the first 5 sub categories and shows a "Show More" button at the bottom to see all the results
  • We sort the sub categories by level which is a pretty good way to show the most relevant sub categories first
• Populate the selected services when choosing a sub category with the selected sub category
• Add a "Back" button to the navbar if we are not in the default route
  • Anyone know how to use the material icons that is already being used imported for a back arrow? I couldn't figure out how this was supposed to work

Changes

• Default route is now ChooseCategory
• Clear selected services when choosing a category
• Reset the markers when choosing a sub category
• Only get the sub categories from the server if we haven't retrieved them yet
  • This cuts down on load times and makes the app feel more snappy
• Use scss variables for button colors
• Update theme color in manifest.json and index.html meta tag
• Use static labels in the navbar instead of requesting from the server on each page load
  • These IDs and text descriptions will RARELY change (if ever) so we don't really need to request this from the server and can use our own const CATEGORY_LABELS
• Don't show all categories in navbar, just the currently selected base category (it still opens the left sidebar to choose multiple categories)
• Make the navbar fixed to the top of the page for scrolling
• Changed map component scene to MapView

some UX with this. If a user selects something and then after getting to the map, wants to go back to the categories to maybe select another category, if they decide to not select anything, there is no way to get back to the map where they can see the current results for the filters they have already chosen.

@mihiramin89 Yup - I wasn't sure if there should be a "Map" button in the app bar or not. Do you think that would be the best way to let the user go back to the map?
