Update constants to match new dataset. #63

These constants changes should be all we have left to get the UI up-to-speed with the API. I listed all the categories that are available in the HandsOn dataset, we can certainly change the default list or change the wording of these if anyone has ideas.

Gonna go ahead and merge this in so we can get everything merged to master by demo time... if there are any outstanding issues, we can address them later
