This allows cloning pumi-meshes with ssh.

Hi @Thomas-Ulrich . Thank you for the PR. I've merged this into develop https://github.com/SCOREC/core/commit/c3cf01faf6634433dae97c3af9f3790187bc2c21. Tomorrow morning it will be merged into master by the daily testing system.
