Checkpointing

Need a checkpointing mechanism for the jobs.

• It is very important that we checkpoint both the macroscale state, as well as the microscale state.
• We may want the option to do this on every macroscale load step, or every macroscale iteration.
• We should do this in a way that we can restart the analysis with a different configuration of CPU/GPU/mesh partition scheme
• If possible we should try to be able to restart an implicit microscale from an explicit microscale and visaversa
