Rancher is easier to use and would cost us less. I've had fewer problems keeping Docker containers running in Rancher than I do in ECS.

[x] Grand Central has been migrated

Grand Central is now running in Rancher. The AWS ECS version has been turned off, although I'm leaving the cluster and the old database in place for now just in case.
