Verify that Google Analytics tracking works for Instant Articles #9

It does not appear that GA is working for our Instant Articles, despite them having the tracking markup/script described: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36310439/how-to-track-content-statistics-for-facebook-instant-articles-with-google-analyt

What might have to happen is we render an HTML version of an instant article(or just take that segment of the markup from the template) and see if it does its job correctly.

Deployed some changes to the tracking code. Will monitor and see what happens.

GA pageview tracking for Instant Articles is now working properly, and the views are under Campaign Source: Facebook, Campaign Medium: Social Instant Article. Scroll depth tracking doesn't appear to be providing anything useful(found under the Pageview End (n) event action) as it is missing the page title and is tracking the depth differently than how we are on the website. I will make a separate ticket to look at improving the scroll depth tracking.
