Handle the 406 error according to "Signature request already in progress" #38

When a signature request is already in progress at a specific device the platform returns 406 error code: mid_406

This should be covered with a more descriptive message instead of APP_ERROR_406="Error on the user device while confirming the request." APP_ERROR_SOLUTION_406="Please try again. If the error persists, contact Swisscom at ..."
