Not only in the Receipt but also in the other requests the mss:MSSP_ID should contain a URI:

        <mss:MSSP_Info>
          <mss:MSSP_ID>
            <mss:URI>http://mid.swisscom.ch/</mss:URI>
          </mss:MSSP_ID>
        </mss:MSSP_Info>
