Request fails if prefix is not in MID message #79

The prefix can be configured in the configuration.php file as $mid_msg_service. However, the configured value is ignored. The prefix must be included the $mid_msg_xx value in order to work. If the $mid_msg_xx does not include the prefix, the signature request fails:

Die Rufnummer kann aufgrund eines Systemfehlers nicht geprüft werden.

Problem: Mobile ID kann zurzeit nicht genutzt werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.

Lösungshinweis: /etsi:_107 -> DTBD matching failed

Solved and tested for all four languages. OK for default and with edited messgae text.
