Prepare and test all scripts for the new issuing CA.

Actual one: issuer= C=ch,O=Swisscom,OU=Digital Certificate Services,CN=Swisscom Rubin CA 2 Additional one: issuer= C=ch,O=Swisscom,OU=Digital Certificate Services,CN=Swisscom Rubin CA 3

No need as MID will provide the full certificate chain back.
