We need to create a website for the hackathon, here are a few points i whiped up at 4:30 in the night. Feel free to add more.

[ ] Signup form linked to google forms
[ ] Event info, what the event is, who it is aimed for, FAQ
[ ] Don't forget IEEE Concordia is involved, we need their logo and ours.
[ ] That includes theming (the colors and fancy stuff, doesnt have to be super complexe)

We need this done by the end of the weekend.
