Release f1dataR 1.6.0 #264

Prepare for release:

[x] Check if any deprecation processes should be advanced, as described in Gradual deprecation
[x] Polish NEWS
[x] urlchecker::url_check()
[x] devtools::build_readme()
[x] devtools::check(remote = TRUE, manual = TRUE)
[x] devtools::check_win_devel()
[x] revdepcheck::revdep_check(num_workers = 4)
[x] Update cran-comments.md
[x] git push

Submit to CRAN:

[x] usethis::use_version('minor')
[x] devtools::submit_cran()
[x] Approve email

Wait for CRAN...

[x] Accepted :tada:
[x] usethis::use_github_release()
[x] usethis::use_dev_version(push = TRUE)
[x] Share on social media

Note Ergast is down while I'm working on this, so:

URL check on Ergast worked find the last time I ran it, other URL changes were implemented.
Readme was not rebuilt specifically for this release (I ran it with #262).

Also, check_win_devel() results will be in your email @SCasanova

Also: No reverse dependencies exist.

@SCasanova can you send to CRAN? We should get this out, as I've seen the results of changes reflected in the graphics produced by folks using the python version.
