Need double_threads = 4 version to test... #4

Sir, I have some L4 cache system, now the V8 version is very low hash, can you update a version and let me test first?

Sir, please, write how to run this project from Visual Studio 2017. It is very uncomfortable to run it from command line. And write in details.
