Novel Chassis has a whole bunch of strains that need to have automated curation applied to them.

There's some current interest in this. From Dan Bryce: "If we knew the vector of parts comprising the (NC NAND) strain, then we could go deeper (in analyzing parts...)" Justin Vrana: "we have that (intended parts that are supposed to be in there and at what locus). My understanding this is on synbio hub already?" Dan Bryce: "Yes, I just need to get it in a dataframe."

This has been done for NAND 1.0, others are still pending.
