Add tests to test_curation.py for copying ComponentDefinitions into the annotation namespace or modify existing tests. Tests should check whether a ComponentDefinition already in the annotation namespace has its copy's version incremented, and whether a ComponentDefinition not already in the annotation namespace has its copy imported into the namespace with version 1.
