Convert to pySBOL2 #48

Change SYNBICT to use pySBOL2 instead of pySBOL.

This would be very helpful as currently I need to downgrade my python version to use synbict as pysbol is not supported in higher python versions.

Hi @JMante1 it sure looks like this was done as part of #49. I'm not sure why this issue didn't get closed when that was merged. Have you tried to use pySBOL2 instead of pySBOL when using the latest version of SYNBICT?

Oh! I see what the issue is. master is the default branch on this repository, and the change was merged into develop. @nroehner can you merge this change into master? Or change the default branch to develop? Or both?
