Rather than hardcoding the features to be searched for, they should be able to be loaded via some file/SynBioHub collection pointed to by an argument / command line.

Probably this should be done just with the file, and another issue opened for SynBioHub collection later, unless that turns out be real easy.

This is done on the beta branch; needs to be merged into a develop branch.
