I am sorry for disturbing. I am using opendse to represent my specification (Application, Architecture and Mappings) and in order to search for the best implementation I am using the evolutionary algorithm from Opt4j with the BasicMating operator. After running the optimization I get an optimal implementation which is good.
Nevertheless, I don't understand where the ea is interfering here? In deed, the genotype is constituted from the parameters i give as constraints or attributes which have fixed values.
