- Fixes avoid/prefer monster checks
- Fixes a bug where the pickup item filter wasn't loaded until a setting has changed
- Fixes a bug where pickup settings were not loaded after entering the game
- Fixes a bug where the teleportation/resurrection skills would not update in the UI
- Fixes a bug where the bot would buff eventhough the player is untouchable
