Ups 200 OK #1

Hello,

I have a CSV File that is 7,000 lines or more

When I click save i receive an "Ups 200 OK" error? Are you able to elaborate on this issue? I have increased PHP execution run time as well as fast cgi read timeouts. I am hosting on NGiNX Server with PHP v7.0.33
