Specify CRS for GeoJSON in INTERSECT-parametre #44

While other geographic parametres allow specification of CRS, the GeoJSON-geometry of INTERSECT does not.

I realise that the standard does not offer an immediate fix, but perhaps the option should be implemented in a separate parametre or inherited from FILTER-CRS?

We have also noted that it seems like an oversight af the STAC API spec that there is no way to specify CRS for the intersects parameter. I took the opportunity to report it here https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-api-spec/issues/307

Hopefully you are able to use the alternative approach of specifying your spatial constraint in the filter parameter and providing the CRS using filter-crs.
