Addition of sub-IDO (new start) #153

I create this new PR to add the sub-IDOs to the sub-IDO class. This PR supersede the older PR #152, which I am going to close.

Previously I modified 4 labels of sub-IDOs. I have then added an alternative label (as 'alternative term') to each item the label of which I modified. The alternative label is exactly what the MARLO team wrote (but lower-cased).

I added "Technologies that reduce women`s labor and energy expenditure adopted" as an alternative term to "technologies that reduce women's labor and energy expenditure adopted". I also used the original capitalization (i.e. the one from the MARLO team) in the other 4 alternative terms.

Thanks @Mttbnchtt - this will help MARLO (and others) perform syntactic matches if needed, while making sure our primary labels in SDGIO are consistent.
