Resolve ambiguous terms in the CGIAR objectives and outcomes #164

I list all the ambiguities that we find in the specifications of the objectives and outcomes of the CGIAR group.

  1. sub-IDO A1.5: "Enabled environment for climate resilience". Clarify 'enable'. Moreover, we need to be more precise about what is meant by "environment" and how it can be conducive to anything. We also have to be specific about who or what is having their climate resilience improved.
  2. CC sub0IDO A1.4 "Enhanced capacity to deal with climatic risks and extremes (Mitigation and adaptation achieved)": who or what is getting their capacity enhanced?
  3. CCO B1: "achieve gender equity and youth employment in the agri-food supply chains". What are the lower and upper bounds of youth? Or, at least, could such category be made a bit more precise?

IDO A.5: can achieve research and innovation objectives.

B1: roughly 30 year old.

For now, we wait because SDGIO has a definition of "young" already. We do not want to have several different definitions of the same term. We need to speak with the CGIAR more to understand which definition is common to various projects or entities.
