8 years ago We have a general class for
safe = A low risk of entities in some environment to realize their hazard disposition towards humans.
Still need to work out specific subclasses, such as safely treated. It may be easier to start with something even more specific, such as safely treated waste water.

safely treated water = water which is the output of a water treatment process and which is of a safe disposition
Not sure about how to (or even if we need to) express the fact that the water acquired the safe disposition in the water treatment process. @cmungall, any precedent you are aware of?
