Interpretation suggestion SDG13 - Target 3 #106

SDG: 13 Target: 13.3

Suggestion: Consider the interpretation and the relation between interpretation and search phrase

Reason: A few questions have arisen during testing: 1. Should the natural adaptation of species to new living conditions (eg due to global warming) be included, or only man-driven, conscious acts of adaptation? 2. Last part of last phrase: is the limitation to publications mentioning climate change, global warming etc. too strict? Still excludes many publications about carbon capture, mitigation of emissions etc., where consequence for climate is implied, but not spelled out
