Term change suggestion SDG15.9 - [NBSAPs, planners] #117

Target & phrase: 15.9

Suggested term/change: Truncate ("National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan" OR ("NBSAP". Could also consider setting up the string so that these terms can be enough alone.

Reason: Without truncation we miss works like https://doi.org/10.1080/09640568.2018.1530202.

Suggested term/change: Some articles only use "planners" or "planning practice". Consider if could add "urban" to types of planning? "settlement"?
