Term change suggestion SDG1.1 - [global poverty] #138

Suggested term/change: Reconsider the term "global poverty" - does it add what we want?

Reason: Several less relevant results turned up in precision testing, e.g.

We seem to lose a lot of relevant results by removing this, and "global poverty" is the term used by the World Bank who are the custodians of 1.1 and set the limit of $1.25 (now $2.15) for the global poverty line (https://www.worldbank.org/en/news/factsheet/2022/05/02/fact-sheet-an-adjustment-to-global-poverty-lines#14). Have added documentation about this in the string.
