Suggested term/change:

Add Rights of Persons with Disabilities (possibly CRPD) as a term in the access terms. Reason: The convention on rights of persons with disabilities recognises the right to education for persons with disabilities - https://www.unicef.org/eca/sites/unicef.org.eca/files/IE_summary_accessible_220917_0.pdf
Add exclusion/excluding and barrier$ to the access terms? Test.
