Target & Phrase: 12.6 phrase 1

Suggestion: Can drop "OR ("energy efficien" NEAR/5 ("housing" OR "building$" OR "construction$")) " as `efficien` is included as a standalone term

Reason: Simplification

I also wonder if it would more consistent to use the whole SCP string here (as used in phrase 1) - or at least it maybe needs some documentation as to why these specific terms are included while others from SCP are not?

Add "corporate" as a synonym for companies (currently only "corporation" is included). Consider also terms which could go with sector (e.g. industrial, commercial, logistics sector), e.g. WOS:000672629900003
