@hmbjerkan Looks good, just a few comments

• 11.2 - there is an issue here in that the action approach covers things not covered in the topic approach, found by phrase 3 in the action approach. In topic, I suggest that phrase 3 is added as-is from action (i.e. keep the action terms). The alternative would be to take anything that mentions public transport, but this might go too broad.
• 11.5 - looks fine, but I did a small edit to tidy up some unnecessary brackets. Suggestion for the new addition for affected persons - could consider expanding people OR persons with a couple more central terms, e.g. "people" OR "person$" OR "civilian$" OR "women" OR "men" OR "child*" - I did a quick check, it looks pretty good?
• 11.6 phrase 4 - there was a brackets error, I think I have fixed it (I also re-structured the lines to make it a bit easier to see the structure). It also makes no difference with biologic* degrad* vs. the simpler biological degrad* as far as I can tell, so I simplified this.
• 11.c - just something I thought of after working with SDG12 - you could try including green and changing "eco friendly" to just eco in the line : "("sustainab" OR "ecofriendly" OR "eco" OR "environmentally friendly" OR "resilien". There is also something referred to in SDG12 which could probably be included here: "Sustainable Building and Construction Initiative" OR ("SBCI" NEAR/3 "UNEP"), but it might not add anything given that "sustainable building" NEAR "sustainab*" is already included.
