Suggestion: Adjust the string - consider limiting only to certain diseases, or consider taking out specific countries-.

Reason: There are some irrelevant results that show up about diseases that are not primarily in LMICs (e.g. hypertension) but they show up because the study was done in a specific LMIC http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/13696998.2023.2169497 http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/20008066.2023.2192962 http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/10641963.2023.2195135

Is there a list of diseases primarily affecting LMICs, outside of Neglected tropical diseases? Could drop country names (specific ones) and supplement disease list with these.
