Term change suggestion SDG2.a - [international research, private investment] #97

Suggested term/change: Add "international research" as a form of "international collaboration" (from the interpretation). Also consider moving agri-food, or at least "agri-food systems", out from such a tight combination to "research", i.e.

            ("infrastructure" OR "technolog*" OR "biotech*" OR "research" OR "science$" OR "innovation" OR "R&D")
            NEAR/3 ("agricultur*" OR "farm*" OR "irrigation" OR "agri food" OR "agrifood")

Could be near ("international" OR "foreign") without necessarily ("cooperat*" OR "co-operat*" OR "collaborat*" OR "network$" OR "partnership$" OR "aid" OR "assistance" OR "fund$" OR "funding" OR "financing" OR "finance" OR "grant$" OR "investment$" OR "financial support" OR "financial resources" ) ?

Consider also adding "private investment" (or dropping the specification about what kinds of investment), e.g. https://doi.org/10.1016/J.LANDUSEPOL.2015.11.012 and https://doi.org/10.14807/ijmp.v11i8.1218 are currently missed
