Ensure that media data sources are only applied to UmbracoAzureSearchContentIndex based indexes #41

Currently these are applied to all base AzureSearchIndex which would mean that any index will have the media data source added to it but this should only be enabled for content indexes which are of type UmbracoAzureSearchContentIndex (i.e. Internal and External)
