I think I have everything installed correctly.

git clone https://github.com/JJTech0130/PNRGatewayClientV2 cd PNRGatewayClientV2 ~/buildAPKs/scripts/sh/build/build.sh

https://github.com/JJTech0130/PNRGatewayClientV2 Is an Android Studio project but perhaps doesn't have AndroidManifest.xml?

Anything I should try next? Any information needed to debug?
