BAD NEWS!! When clicking on the "REQUEST NEW BACKGROUND CHECK" button in a User's Profile, this is not generating an email from Checkr to the User to start the background check process.
It has come to my attention from a past volunteer and I have tested it using my account and no email. When testing last year, I received an email from Checkr.
