Transfer | "To" section should show the default options

Action Performance:

1. Log in with seed "jhon1"
2. Click on "Transfer" button
3. In "From" section, Click on "Services"
4. In "From" section, Click on "Own" or "Allowance"

Expected result:

In "From" section, When I click on "Own" o "Allowance" option, it should show the default options in "To" section ..."Transfer to Own Account" should appear directly selected only when "Services" is selected in the "From" section.

Obtained result:

In "From" section, When I click on "Services" and then i click on "Own" o "Allowance", "Transfer to Own Account" is automatically displayed in the "To" section, it should show the initial default options.
