Transfer | It should not show the Contact icon when there are no options to select #167

Action Performance:

  1. Log in with seed "jhon1"
  2. Click on "Transfer" button
  3. In "From" section, Click on "Own" or "Allowance"
  4. In "To" section, Click on "Contact" icon

Expected result:

In "To" section, it should hide the Contact icon if there are no options to select

Obtained result:

In "To" section, Click on "Contact" icon and it doesn't show anything
