If the protocol talks about arbitrary xml then we have a couple of issues.
1) the fragment generation and fragment update algorithems are very generic and possibly worthless.
2) people can claim to implement sd-share and be totally incompatible with all other supporters.
Thus for now I would like to keep it to RDF.
1) Yes. I'm not sure that's a problem.
2) True. I'm not sure that's a problem, either.
Only keep it to RDF: OK by me, but let's discuss briefly.
We tell you one RDF interpretation. We don't disallow other formats, but we don't say how to interpret them, either.
Yep done. closing now.
One thing is support for Topic Maps, but should there be support for arbitrary XML? I'm thinking of more traditional web service-style XML. I can't really think of any reason why the protocol couldn't support it.
