In 3, introduction: "An SDShare server should publish the following hierarchy of Atom feeds to"

Should it, or must it? What's required, and what's not?

Should we mention the chunked feed in this list? (I know it's optional. Should we repeat here that it's optional?)

SHOULD is right. There's no obligation to have a chunked snapshot feed, so we ignore it.
