Do we want to keep the dependency links?

The current spec allows collections to list dependent collections that should be processed. This is an extra burden on clients. We could keep the element but say that it only is an indication of dependencies, keep it as is, or drop it.

I'm skeptical to this. We've never used it, or really seen any need for it.

What business of the feed's is it, anyway, to tell you what feeds to read?

I'm tempted to say just remove the whole concept.
