Make code style settings for webstorm that matches the VSCode style #4358

Or other way around. I'm not married to either style.

We have had some code changes that re-formats almost entire files, only to be changed back on the next editing of the file.

I have looked into EditorConfig as an option, but it doesn't seem to have very good VSCode support.
