Made it possible to transfer to other grant giver that does not have the requested resources without the grant disappering.
Grant is visible to new grant giver
Old revisions can now be seen by any grant giver that currently have access to the grant, making it easier to see what was removed during the transfer due to the new grant giver not having the product category.
