RTD webhook broken #438

Hi @JamesPHoughton

RTD is broken we need to include the secret. I think you are the only one who can do it.

This webhook doesn't have a secret configured. For security reasons, webhooks without a secret are no longer permitted. For more information, read our blog post: https://blog.readthedocs.com/security-update-on-incoming-webhooks/.
