Hey @mhy05, would you mind putting together some tests to cover the basics of the :MACRO: functionality in vensim?

Addressed with https://github.com/SDXorg/test-models/commit/caba352b2d4527c205018b9f6c6f297da1376c02 and https://github.com/SDXorg/test-models/commit/aacf64a7d77cc82ccaa405ffec069cab4d91a780, I believe. I'm going to close this, we can reopen if any other macros functionality needs adding...
